Just go to a car show. You'll find that A-holes drive everything. This is a result of road rage between the two drivers with neither willing to let it go. Thus a crash...

In the state of florida, if an angry driver approaches your vehicle in a threatening manner, you can shoot them in self defense. Just don't keep shooting or chase them down and shoot em a few more times. Apparently thats attempted murder. Thankfully I have a damn good lawyer
