Public road testing means public speeds where they can disguise the cars more and should since now their testing on normal roads on home market soil.

The rotors look too shiny to be CCBs.

That's a possibility but I doubt they would have the ducts covered by vinyl for testing.

If you look close you can see what appears to be the pattern of a CCB.

The brakes look a lot like the ones on the Cadillac CTSV. That should be a good thing.
