By the way your car looks great. The new rear lights are starting to grow on me as well.

I got the link Nor Cal ZL1 ....Thank you

As far as the rear tail lights go ..... GM got it right on the 2014 model .... at least in my eyes When these new "retro" rides came out.... They were and are a bitch'n ride.... there's no doubting that! But.... when I saw the first one..... I said to myself .... "What was GM thinking" ..... A "retro" '69 Camaro that has 2nd generation Camaro tail lights on a basically 1st generation "retro" Camaro? .... I loved it and what was offered.... Just not the tail lights ( remember to each his own) and passed on them until I saw the tail lights on a 2014. The ride looks like a "retro" '69 hands down!

Please remember this....I'm not trying to upset anyone here at all.... The '14 model looks correct in my eyes if GM is after a true "retro" '69? Like the "retro" Challenger "retro" Mustang.... Did I actually talk/post about them two "SUB-PAR RETRO RIDES" I'm very sorry.... Don't me yet..... I've only been here for a few days

I've owned/built Chevys my whole life time.... I take that back....I owned a '69 Austin American in High School..... I used to do "BURN-OUTS" with it in reverse ( front wheel drive) with the parking brake on.... Them "BURN-OUTS" were short lived, and turned into 360's with a little bleach/water added to the parking lot of Pioneer High School. I had one of them "SRT" rides coming up fast on me today on the interstate.... He backed way off when he saw the emblem.... I said to myself "That was easy" LOL!!!! He knew what that emblem ment or was it them new tail lights?..... As he got along side of me and took the off-ramp..... I said to myself..... "You bought the wrong car Pal"

Thanks for letting me share

Dave

Thanks guys for the welcome

To keep the LAW off the front of my ride, I'll be installing one of these......

The little sucker works GREAT and zips right along! This is my second one that I've bought. I installed one on my truck a few years back and it works great. It is a law out here in California to have a front plate due to camera traffic lights and the CHP aiming their radar guns off of it, are just some of the reasons. I'll post pictures of the installation and a video when all done. The best $180.00 I have ever spent, and YOU will ever spend if you have a front plate law in your state

My name is Dave, I have two sons and we rest our necks here in NORCAL. I just picked up a 2014 ZL1 (6spd) Yesterday. It's a loaded white one, serial number: 9800007 . I will post some pictures of it today. I still gotta figure out all of the bells and whistles and take it for a drive What a great forum and the information here that I have yet to read
