It's probably like the 5th gen where the radio antenna is inside the spoiler. I doubt you would want a whip antenna instead.

Yes, if there is no other option.
Here in Germany are rear spoilers like that one totally out (see BMW M3/4,Audi RS 5, AMG Mercedes and the European version of the Mustang). I think GM will sell the ********* also as the 5. Gen. in Europe.

Yeah, the spoiler....I think we will see more combinations of with or without, different styles of them, etc. before it's all done...I wouldn't stress about any spoiler yet...

A couple of quirks on the spoilers I have noticed....

...The reveal showed different spoilers on the RS cars than the SS...

...The convertibles all had the same spoiler....SS and RS both the same...

...The reveal coupes showed three posts supporting the SS spoiler....

...The convertible spoilers only showed two posts....(what looked like a third in the middle was actually the shark-fin)....The coupes at the reveal had the shark-fin on the roof, of course, and three supports...

I glanced at a few pics and think I'm right....Just sayin' I don't think we've learned or seen all there is to the 6thGen rear spoilers yet....

I like that you won't get leaves stuck under it.

It doesn't bother me.....but like it or not it's a high visibility item that may be liked or disliked for various reasons...Certainly there were many aftermarket styles and even factory changes on spoilers over the years...

Unless there is some major reason for not touching it, we will probably see many opinions and preferences on the styling of this and other spoilers...

I wouldn't mind seeing the 'vert without any spoiler at all....I think it may look sleeker without it...no biggie either way...

It looks pretty good. Looks like you lose a lot of trunk space/clearance. I think it will be better received than the 5th gen vert. The 5th gen just didn't look natural. Was too chunky.

The lines and profile of the 6th gen just works very well in a vert form from what I can see.

Even with that being said, gun to my head I'd probably go c7 vette convertible 1st, Camaro SS vert 2nd .

A roll bar could be a factory option -- think 'Vert Track Pack.

As for the hart top 'Vert - that could be an option over the soft top as well...
Yeah, Chrysler offered both with the Sebring/200. Of course the back end was enormous to accommodate the folding hardtop. I personally wouldn't want a Camaro that looks like this...

Both the manual and auto get AFM in the 'Vette, but you have to put the selector in ECO mode to activate AFM with a manual. It's always on in the auto.

From the top the spoiler looks great. It doesn't look bad at the other angles, its just that a dovetail suits these cars better visually.
