Caliber bolt Torque specs

What are the Torque Specs for the brake caliper bolts on the 17 SS?

111 lb-ft first pass, 15 to 30 degrees second (final) pass.

I always use 148 lb-ft for the caliper bolts. I think it's about the same as 111 + 15-30 degrees.

Is it possible to torque the caliper bolts while on the ground / no lift?
