And THAT is what makes NPP so awesome. Cool, calm, and collected.... Then angry and screaming!

I thought the 03/04 Terminators were the best sounding Mustangs and it's been downhill ever since in my opinion.

I do not like the sound of the Coyote. I think it sounds weak. I think my LS3 w/NPP sounds much better. I'm not sure that the LT1 sounds better than the LS3...I think I actually like the NPP sound on the Gen 5 more than the Gen 6 from the videos I've heard so far...but both are much better than the Mustang GT to me. I think the Mustang GT sounds underpowered.

Now the GT350R is a whole different story. That car sounds incredible and no stock NPP Camaro is going to come close. It's going to take some valvetrain work and longtubes to compete with a stock GT350R.

In terms of the Camaro SS/Mustang GT/Challenger I really think Dodge is doing it the best, though!

What a great time to be alive for cars.

6th gen GT500 will most likely be Turbocharged.

The 4.6 has a different firing order than the Coyote/Roadrunner/Voodoo, so that plays a part. And to be honest, speaking as a Terminator owner, I prefer the 2v 4.6 exhaust note to the 4v. It's just about the only thing the 2v was good for, that and longevity I suppose.

I can say that my 15' GT was quiet stock. I had an 07' as well and it was more aggressive (IMO). But I changed the exhaust on my 15' after roughly a week of having it to a Gibson catback system. Love it. Haven't heard the new Camaro in person. Videos are hard to judge by. At least for me it is. But I'm sure it sounds awesome..!

Your comparing stock to an up grade I would like to hear what the stock exhaust sounds like on the camaro without NPP. Take that 900.00 up grade and spend it on a catback for the mustang and witch will sound better. But the camaro does sound good.

I fully expect the Camaro to be as good as the Scat Pack based on the videos and comments of people who have seen / heard it in person.
Agreed.
I have few coworkers with chargers/challengers. They sound amazing. Beautiful exhaust note.

I have seen the Mustangs. Never driven.... But, I've also never really heard them produce a decent exhaust note - even with the windows down right next to them. Quite strange. Maybe they were 4 bangers.

But, it's also reminiscent of my experiences pulling up next to gen5 SS camaro's. I fully expect to get doused in beautiful v8 sounds and then hear next to nothing as they take off.

From the videos it's obvious the NPP exhaust will rectify that.

The Mustang video, I'm surprised it's not louder. It has a nice growl and rumble, but it doesn't sound like much when it revs up.

The Camaro, though, both LS3 NPP and and LT1 NPP have the rumble but also a very awesome and mean sound when you get on it, even a little, and thus I think beats the Mustang.

But, that HEMI sound is something very unique, smooth, and I think it wins the contest.

Agree on the Mustang sounding weak. But what Gen 5 did you hear with NPP? I didn't think it was an option on Gen 5?

It's been available for the manual cars since 2012 I think? Someone correct me if not.

It was a vacuum operated version though. Not electronically controlled like the 6th gens is and available on autos for the first time.

I've test driven the 2015 GT PP and the exhaust frankly sucks. It has absolutely zero balls. I'm just being honest.
