Camaro Rear Diffuser Mod for Quad Exhaust Tips

Hey everyone, First off I owe a special thanks to user 2SSRS for getting the wheel spinning in the right direction on this project. I went into it being told it is a pretty labor and time intensive project which proved to be true but I am very happy with the end result. This is essentially the similar mod that 2SSRS does with a fine texture Rhinoliner finish. I went with Rhinolining instead of using a Filler Primer and a black paint to add more support and have a good amount of texture still. Let me know what you think of it!

i believe you can but you have to sand the texture off first, i had the front of my 08 duramax painted, with out smoothing it out came out great for 3 months then got chipped and peeled bad

you don't necessarily have to sand it all the way down to get the texture off. You can use a Filler Primer to fill in the texture and make it look nice and smooth.

It was $107 after tax for the Rhinolining here locally and $60 worth of other supplies. If you want use a filler primer, a flat black paint, and a semi-gloss clear coat instead you can cut the cost down about $50 under that. I would say right about 15 hours of labor is involved as well.
