Thanks a bunch. Never would have found them on my own I think. Ironically right where the plastic indicators said they should be... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

IMO, Chevy made a huge mistake in making the Camaro into a two-seater, and the sales are reflecting that.

Honestly I feel like it's less that than the price point. I have to occasionally haul two kids and I still got one. The backseat is why I got this instead of the vette. However when I was looking at camaros, I was just blown away by the 50ish thousand price tag. I bought my 2011 2SS for like 35k drive out. Now that I have it I realize that it's miles ahead of the fifth gen and probably a good value for the cost, but that initial sticker shock really pushed me away for a while and I imagine it's doing the same to others.

So tell us...how do you do it easy? Luckily, my Camaro is not my daily, for if it was, I'd have sold it long ago. I have a 3 year old (forward facing) and coming soon, will have a baby daughter whom will be backward facing of course. (funny, since my last post in this thread was so long ago, we weren't even expecting yet lol). Currently, I put the 3 year old behind the passenger seat, and there is enough room to move the seat back. But in the future the 3 year old will have to go behind me (and I'll have to move forward some, and that's saying something as I sit closer than many guys my height or taller - 5' 10") and the little one behind the passenger. It will be a pain, but hoping I can get through it until the little one is forward facing. Then it should be no problem.

Since I had to sell my 2-seater due to new child, the wife had to make sure my new choice of vehicle would accommodate the little man so we brought the car seat I fully installed it in the car before I even test drove it and it fit perfectly. Put Jameson in there rear facing, which is challenging but not impossible, and went on a test drive. He loved it because he can see out the back window. Now he's front facing and loves it even more. I have the recaro also.

It's a 2-door sports car - not why people are complaining about the rear seat room. If you need more room, this is not the car for you.
I would not want the car to be bigger nor heavier just to have more rear seat space. I do daily pick up my 3 year old from daycare. No issues here. And we have a minivan to 'haul stuff' and for family trips.

My kids seem to do alright in the back seat. However buckling them in is somewhat difficult. I would like to find booster seats with backs that have more clearance at the buckle. I've been to the basic stores but haven't found any that help in this area.

I have a 2 yr old and 5 yr old. They both fit fine. A little cramped getting them buckled in but not impossible. Of course my wife does most of the kid transporting. I only do it a couple days per week. If it's an every day thing, it might get old pretty quick. Just depends on how much you love the car!

Easy peasy with the vert. My girls love it. Plenty of room for them too -- just remember to take their shoes off first.
