I was coming home from getting NT05R's put on the rear of my ZL1 and was waiting in the left turning lane for the light. I never noticed the black Camaro next to me in the far right lane until I was just about ready to move when I see this big goofy smiling face hanging out that Camaro, in the rain even, looking right at me with a thumbs up in the air. I starting laughing and waved goodbye.

As I'm making my turn I think "that ****ing guy made me wave at him! I hate the wave!"

Sorry folks not much of a thread I know but that dude made me laugh.

Hahahah I know exactly what you mean tho. Like love the attention but never know how to react or respond lmao. I swear for a half second hello I over think the hell out of that situation every time haha. Do I nod do I ignore do I Rev do I flash my lights when it's an oncoming car there is the wave or devil horns maybe hahaha.

Oh man I love the attention, but hate being stared at. I pull up to places and people just stare! I always think "wth you staring at!?" and then I realize it's because I'm so good looking.

I really hate it especially on my motorcycle. Not the people doing it of course but the act itself.

Not into the wave either unless it's someone I know. Why do people feel the need to wave just because they are in the same car as me? Glad the Chevy truck owners don't feel that need. That would wear your arm out.

It's kinda fun being friendly lol

I ride motorcycles and just parted with a Jeep -- both are well known for their waves. I'm still pavlovian programmed to wave at Jeeps even if I'm in the 2SS.

Honestly, it's nice to feel like a part of a community. When bikers or Jeep drivers wave, it's just an expression of respect for each other's machines and an acknowledgement that you know they're having a blast. It's like a secret Illuminati handshake....but without the secrecy.

I'd love to see a "Camaro wave" personally
