Mightymouse vs Elite Engineering Ultra Catch Can

I know this is not the Elite Engineering E2-X that most guys run, but the Ultra is the same design as the EE E2-X. Both cans run for 1500kms, then reversed and ran another 1500kms. Interesting results, and the Elite did very well.

I am using the Mighty Mouse catch can and I do see a lot of YOUTUBE speed shops use the Might Mouse Catch cans and I have never seen a speed shop use an Elite Catch can. CSP use them and sells them on their web site. Complete Street Performance. Basically its a simple device so any one saying their's is the best might be just for sales. The might mouse is a solid unit IMO.

Fair comment, the MM is a solid unit, and has the great benefit of being able to vent in high horsepower applications, maybe thats why they are chosen more, easy installation as they don't have a third line. I guess for the elite you could just use a one way valve instead of the 3rd line. They are pretty simple devices, but built differently.

I'm not associated to either company.

I went with the Elite engineering E2-X Ultra in my mostly stock ZL1.. Went with the Ultra so when I do mod it up I won't need to swap cans. Mounted it in the front. Plan to empty it for the first time soon to see what it's collected

Nice vid, and the quick connect to the throttle body is awesome !!!! That Ultra fits nice in the ZL1. I wasn't sure if it was going to fit but you got it in there. Good on you !!

I use the smaller EE-can and it does great. There's hardly a trace of oil in the blower snout or the inside of the back side of the TB. It catches a fair amount of oil, too. My oil change intervals are usually time-based, so even though I might put 800-miles on per oil change, the indicator has me change the oil around 11-12-months. In that time, I might get a table spoon or two, and for almost every drive, I go WOT near a half-dozen times. I'm pretty happy with it.
