9/11....Never Forget!

On Sept. 11, 2001, hijackers from the terrorist group al-Qaida flew two hijacked Boeing 767 airliners into the World Trade Center complex in New York, destroying both towers and killing 2,753 people. A further attack was made on the Pentagon, and an attack that was apparently intended for another target in Washington, D.C., was thwarted by passengers and ended with the jet crashing into a field near Shanksville, Pa. As of Sept. 10, 2015, the combined death toll from 9/11 was 2,977.

......
Remember all those who lost their lives,
as well as all the heroes who risked their lives trying to save others.

There were some onions in the room while watching the video attached to these pics.

It is the 16th birthday party for the last known living search and rescue dog that worked ground zero.

Rest in peace to all killed in one of the most tragic events in history. My thoughts and prayers are with all of those affected.

P.S. Please no one make this political.

A sad and tragic day in American history, I know I will never forget, I was about 30 miles away when it happened and that was scary enough, could not imagine being right there. Prayers go out to all those families who lost loved ones that day.

Thanks for posting this... It is a day that America will never forget. I remember exactly what I was doing 14 years ago. was a Sophmore in Collage, dumbfounded that this could happen to us. To what I thought a strong secure nation. Today, I feel that we again, are letting our guard down.

RIP to the thousands of civilians killed that day and to soldiers lost in the subsequent wars.

A lot of democrats seem to forget that they voted for the wars and that a coalition of nations was built over 18 months. They also forget they they stopped supporting the soldiers and accused them of rape and terror for political expediency, to fire up their crazy fringe base. And that it has torn this country apart to this day...
