Lowered Dash
Does anyone think that with the dash dropped lower in the 2016, that it will net out a little more view/light/openness from the bunker?

That's why they used the new A/C controls that are integrated into the vent rings. It dropped the dash height a bit.

Yep. The aft visibility is what we have heard couldn't be improved much without taking away the roof line.

visibility is not a problem with the mirrors set up correctly. I've never had a blind spot - just before a car disappears from my rearview, I see it in the side mirrors.

There have been comments that seeing out the front is improved. The rest....not so much.

As I was asking in another thread with the video of the exhaust, that guy in the drivers seat looks like he can barely fit his head out the window...are the windows THAT small? Are we going to feel like we're in a coffin again?

I sat in one last month at the Canada debut. Visibility seemed very similar to 5th gen. The dash does feel a little lowered, but the seating seemed to be also... at least on the preproduction model. My 4'11 spouse couldn't see out of the damn car, haha, or over the wheel even with the power seat cranked all the way up. She has no problem in the 5th gen. I'm hoping it was just the preproduction model...
