Worn Tires on Track. How much is too much!
Lets hear it. How little tread depth or shoulder wear do you get to before you feel its unsafe to track on your tires? Anyone ever suffered on track blow outs before?

LOL! That's how I feel about AutoX events. Run them till the cords show, but I'm a bit more hesitant to wait for that to happen when I'll be running 145mph on the high banks of Charlotte's Roval course. I still have groves on the treads so I suppose I shouldn't sweat it too much. LOL!

That's usually my answer too. From there you can definitively prove your alignment was good, or needs adjustment.

Have to also take into consideration if you're needing to drive home on those tires and how far.

You can always try to flip them on the rim if the outter shoulders are done

I ran my 1st set down to 1/32nds. I would have gone further, but I took a small nail in the left rear. My shop patched it and it was fine for a DD, but my next event was Daytona. I didn't want to trust a patch at 160mph.
I am counting on using this set to as close as bald as I can.
