This thread is just crap. No good is going to come from him bickering about his poor decision. Let's all move on to deserving enthusiasts and forum discussions.

The more we reply to this post the more this post wins. Keeps getting the bump up. I'm not looking at it anymore.

I enjoy the irony of this post. I think it should become the most popular post on the forum.

It's a Canadian thing. Cars cost more here, especially in Quebec. Partly because of the difference of value in the dollar, partly taxes, partly politics. The actual cost of my 1LE was $50,000.

You're right. I did zero research. Please just ignore my posts then as you seem to be ignoring what I said.

So tell me, do you cherry-pick all of your "facts"? I already said that I owned a 2SS RS, and liked it. I already said the Camaro is a great car. I specially said that I do not like the 1LE. The title of this thread says "I HATE the 1LE".

If you need even more clarification feel free to ask the same question again.

No worries!

I definitely plan on taking it to the track as I'm sure it will be a totally thrilling experience, but it really won't change my mind. The 1LE is not for me.

Sigh. let me clarify:

All Camaros: Awesome.
1LE's : Not for me.
Me : Whiny little bitch. (Why not? I might as well own it before someone else here says it).

Certain models of Camaro are tailored for specific performance characteristics. Some models will be at home on a track, but a little hard to live with for day-to-day driving. My only advice would be to give yourself some more seat time in the 1LE (I have to do the same with my ZL...but I love it!), and then see how well you can adapt to it.
Finally! Something constructive. Maybe I will..

Wins? What? This is a competition for what exactly? I'm posting about the regret of my purchase. Should all purchases on a Camaro forum do nothing but kiss its ass?

What is ironic about it?

Peace everyone.

Lol, bury your head in the sand much? Look people... I totally understand that this is forum for Camaro enthusiasts, and believe me I consider myself one. All I am trying to say, is that yes, I *hate* the 1LE, and I can't wait to sell this piece of crap.

It's not for me. The ride sucks (in my opinion) and the tires don't last long enough (in my opinion), and the milage sucks (in my opinion) too. All of this makes for a very expensive toy that I don't enjoy playing with. This truth is a personal truth. Sorry to all you babies who's feelings got hurt because I dared speak my mind instead high-five the members of the 1LE fanboy club, but I don't lie.

Everyone else here loves the 1LE. Good! I'm happy for you all. I'm sure you will get tons of enjoyment out of your baby. But maybe just maybe, someone else who may be considering a 1LE, who may prefer more of a refined ride such as what is found in the non-1LE 2SS, might think twice before buying, or at least take a 1LE for an extended test drive before committing.

I bought mine without driving it first. It's a mistake I regret and I would hate to have it happen to someone else. Is that so bad?

The immature comments posted in this thread is disheartening to say the least.

Anyway, as I said above, please don't get all bent out of shape. This will be my last visit to this forum. I've accepted an offer on the car and that's that.

So long.
