these cars are more of a specialty - there are not very many made and they are more expensive than most people in this country can afford - which is why dealerships in larger cities would most likely see the majority of the vehicles that were not made to order.
No dealership would want to sign up to recieve a car if they knew there was a chance that they could not get a buyer for it.

Really, in SoCal? There were 4 of us at Auto Club Speedway this past Sunday. I’ve been to several other events where there have been 3 there. Go to Camarocon and there’ll be plenty.

Living in Houston area, basically the modded LS/LT capital of the world. I see a couple out in the wild every week. There is white one I just started seeing going down the Beltway at 6:15ish in the morning from time to time when I go to work. I see a couple of HBM ZL1 around my neck of the woods in the Pearland/Manvel area.

Castle Chevy is a huge dealership, they always have tons of vehicles. Also seem to offer pretty damn good deals to if anyone is looking

Yet not 1 Silver, 6sp, sunroof and PDR to choose from. None or 1 at the 3 closest Dealers to me and not optioned anywhere near what I would want. The Chevy dealer 2 miles from me has 5 Vettes and not 1 Camaro on the showroom floor. Those that have the $’s will be picking some up shortly with spring around the corner. Most have options bloating the price even with the $5k discounts. Still glad to see some in the area.

Any good dealer with allocation will gladly build one for you exactly how you'd like. It might take a deposit and 6-8 weeks of your time; but to get a car exactly how you want it, it's worth it.

This I know yet I prefer to negotiate on a vehicle actually on the lot. If I actually had the cash, I’d have one in my garage already. Still saving the pennies for one.

Pretty common around me here in the N.Burbs of Chicago. I've only seen one in the past couple of weeks but they were getting pretty common toward the end of fall last year. We had 4 of them show up to a local car show.

I'm up north in Evanston and work in the loop and I have only seen a handful of 6th gens period, especially now in the winter. I've yet to see any ZL1s. Have a deposit on an out-of-state black A10 hoping to pick up in the next 1-2 weeks!

Sunrise Chevy out west has one too for $63k that I test drove and almost pulled the trigger on.

Wow! They have some very good deals and are in driving distance for me. I’ll look at them next time.

The HBM 1LE I mentioned was supposedly up in your neck of the woods having some Expel put on at Chicago Auto Pros late last fall. If your test drive was the black ZL1 , it arrived on the same trailer mine did last fall.

I saw that Garnet Red 1LE in person last week, it might be my favorite color.
