If you look at the left hand side of the screen around the 3 second mark you will see that the car has it's passenger door open and hits the police car in front of it before jumping the median and starting the hilarious chase. Hope they threw the book at her. Wondered if they had to draw their guns on her to get her to stop and exit the vehicle?
