Is the A8 “Shudder” normal in V6/V8 mode?

I had the triple flush done at the dealership Greenwood Chevrolet. It fixed most of the shudder. I still have it in V4. BUT I also get it slightly and not very often in V6 mode. I’ve contacted the dealer, I’m thinking of trying a different one. But they say it’s “normal” and maybe I’m overthinking it I’m not sure. They said there’s nothing on the bulletin besides the triple flush.
Is this normal?

Had vibration in V4 mode on my ‘16 SS 8A. New torque converter and now it’s as smooth as V8 mode. Vibration is NOT normal.

Well time for a trip. A new torque converter fixed the issue. I’m honestly confused why this isn’t done on all the A8s.

FIXED.

I had my dealership order a new torque converter and instantly no shudder! Feels worlds better now. No fluctuations in RPMs. Thank god.

in V4 between 1200-1900 rpm.....on a slight incline.....or giving minimal gas......you will feel a shudder/vibration. When it transitions into v8 mode it will feel like going over rumble strips.
