JANNETTY RACING

I want to thank Ted and his staff at Jannetty Racing for all the great work they did for me. I did a remote tune and the results are fantastic. Being a mile high makes tuning a little different but Ted did great.

Thanks, Doug Carter

What mods do you have to make the power?

I've only made 2 mods. A Magnuson Supercharger and A JMS fuel pump battery voltage booster. I did have to put on a 85 mm pulley to bring the boost up to 6 lbs. The thin air of Denver isn't great for making horsepower. I still have the factory air intake box and exhaust. Very pleased with the way the car drives.

Great! Seems like team Magnuson is growing every day. That’s crazy getting 6psi.

What happens when you visit St. Louis with your car? I assume you would need to be careful because your boost would jump to 10-12 psi?

While a 1.22 CF is pretty big, the air is 5 in-Hg short of standard. So there's no doubt about needing the pulley.

Zl1 torque and power for 1/2 the money... well done.

It was a pleasure working with you Doug.

That is great power for 91 octane and 5500 ft elevation.

The log looks spot on as well, I too am very pleased with the results.

Ted.

Doug has a larger pulley for lower elevation driving.

What software did you use to get the log file to ted? Was it free? I want to do this but the software that came with my edelbrock is incompatible with his. Results look great!

We used HPtuners.

Doug purchased all the tuning equipment, licensing, and custom tuning from JRE.

Ted.

Nice job Ted, I'm gonna have to get one of those boost a pumps from you. Close to running out of fuel already at 703 rwhp. I'm running the 75mm pulley and about 15 lbs of boost and hope to go down to the 70mm once I have the fueling issue lined out. I think I'll be maxed out then for stock engine. I'll get with you next week.
