i have some flow numbers. i am measuring the flow at the front of the car after the flex fuel sensor. most tests are at 65psi since i think that is the fuel pressure i will have at wot and 20psi of boost. in reality if your di only you could probably get by with 40psi so the last run i did at 40psi. with the fuel pressure at 65psi the highest the voltage booster would go was 20volts. at 40psi of fuel pressure the max voltage jumped to 21.5volts.
14.5volt, 65psi, 7.19lb/min, 431lb/hr, 479hp on e85 at .9bsfc 16volt, 65psi, 8.69lb/min, 521lb/hr, 579hp on e85 at .9bsfc 18volt, 65psi, 10.44lb/min, 626lb/hr, 696hp on e85 at .9bsfc 20volt, 65psi, 12.31lb/min, 739lb/hr, 821hp on e85 at .9bsfc 21.5volt, 40psi, 15.75lb/min, 945lb/hr, 1050hp on e85 at .9bsfc the jumps in flow were pretty consistent with the increase in voltage. i am going to just let it run at max voltage. remember it is at 14.5psi unless i floor it then it jump up to 20volts. that puts me at around 820hp worth of fuel through just the one pump. i have all ready had the car at 11psi and 6500rpm which is around 750rwhp with the pressure holding. i will report back exactly when the pressure starts to drop. i suspect as lean as many people tune these things when di only the bsfc would be lower than .9 and the supported hp would be a fair amount higher. i used .9 because once you go port injection i think going to a more traditional a/f ratio makes sense.

made it to the dyno today. got to 700rwhp on a mustang dyno and the boosted zl1 pump was still at 47psi. that is when I ran out of hpfp. this was on e75.
I wont be turning it up any higher than that on just the one intank pump but I bet it has a lot more in it. before 700rwhp I will be phasing in the port injection and want more than 47psi of fuel pressure for the port injection.

what was the voltage topping out at on the low side pump? kinda needless to ask but I will how big is the fuel lobe on the camshaft?

Great data!
Nice to see that the pump didn't fall off like the Mustang |

Lt4 pump, lt4 injectors, +32% lobe, not sure exact height, e75
Got to 700rwhp on a mustang dyno at 8psi, direct injection only and in tank pump only. Also cut outs were open. This is not a safe limit, the high fuel pressure dropped to far at the end of that run. I was just watching a/f and it still looked ok.

As far as voltage on that run. I wasn’t watching it but I suspect between 20 and 21.5. Most likely around 21. The voltage goes up as the pressure drops.
