ZLE at Vengeance

Dropped off my 2018 ZLE on Saturday. Vengeance is adding a P&P supercharger, Katech 103 tb, Rotofab Big Gulp, Jet Hot coated Kooks 2" with green cats and a 2.3 Griptec pulley. They're also adding plugs, wires, belt, etc. Curious how the numbers turn out on this. Hoping they are decent. Tried to find an NX billet supercharger lid, but none were available. I will have to do that later. Anyone with the same mods want to chime in?

Congrats!!!! Gonna be a beast. I have been a customer of Vengeance since 2006. Better than great dyno numbers, it’s gonna run great in the real world. Those guys are as good as it gets. FWIW I’ll go 700/740. Enjoy brother!!!

I have the same setup except the blower was ported by Kong Performance and a different CAI. I'm limited to 640 rwhp due to low side fuel pressure @ WOT, but i also believe there are voltage tweaks that can improve that to gain more rwhp. I'm sure Vengeance is all over that, cant wait to see your results. Your going to love it...

I have to be honest, I am hoping for more than 640. Interesting to hear about your low side fuel issue. I am still wrapping my head around the fuel system on di motors.

Just curious if you felt a big difference jumping to 640?

Just got my ZLE back from Vengeance they did lower pulley balancer , WeaponX triple intercoolers , Tony Mamo stock sized ported throttle body ,plugs /wires ,green cats ,2inch headers , big gulp Roto fab intake , tune

Made 625 rwhp and 647 torque . The car feels very strong with 100 ft lbs more of torque across the power band it is very noticeable! It feels like a different car! I had them measure in SAE not STD

The baseline was 554/540 I attached before and after Dyno.

Vengeance did a fantastic job on the tune drives like stock with better everything !

I felt the same way but when it was all said and done I was happy with the results. Mine made 612/648 on a Mustang Dyno. Car feels like a beast.

Its night and day difference, your going to love it. The word is you can tweak the voltage to the low side pump in the tune now using HP Tuners, but sometimes that don't work due to inconsistent supply voltage from the cars electrical system. There are two options out there to mitigate this; 1) JMS voltage booster 2) DSX low side fuel pump. I'm just trying to figure out which route to take after testing the voltage tweak in HP Tuners

Also, I didn't see a catch can in your setup. You should seriously consider this since there removing the blower. This will give you piece of mind for two things 1) removing most of the oil that ends up in the blower or consumed by the motor 2) Reducing the risk of blowing out an oil seal due to blow by.

Thanks for the info guys. I knew there were some fueling issues, but thought they were due to limited fuel supply from the high side cam lobe. I don't think I am interested in tearing into the car too much. My plan was just too see how much power could be made with simple bolt ons and a tune.

I will post the results in the next day or two. I pick the car up on Friday. Thanks again for the info and replies. I am still learning this car.

I think the path you’re taking is sound. You will make plenty of new found power and the car will still drive like stock in normal conditions.

Yes, spill the beans. My prediction might have been a tad high, but whatever the numbers are, it will be a beast. Mike and the guys at VR do amazing work!!!

Very similar to the OP's build. Already have Kook's 1 7/8th, ported TM TB that will be up for sale as I'm going with a 103, ported blower and big gulp. I also will have a regular RotoFab for sale as well. Lower pulley.
