Except MSD didn't give up on their manifold for the LS3. I've seen one on an LS3. Car made approx 585 rwhp. I'm ordering one for me soon.

I'm not 100 percent following here, cant you release the product, "patent pending", don't other company's that sit and wait on the patent office do the same thing? Or am I completely mistaken about the, 10,000,000,000 bazillian 19.95 dollar marketed products out there on infomercials?

This still makes no sense. If an off-shore company is going to steal a design a patent won't stop them. All it does is give them the blueprint on how to design it with none of the R&D work.
And a patent is needed to release a dyno sheet? Yup, those pesky chinese copyright infringers will reverse engineer the design from a dyno sheet. The initial patent submission date will protect them from any US based company that tries to steal it. Everything is so shady about the release there's no way I'd buy an initial unit because I have no faith in the data that would eventually come out. They mismanaged the intake release without proper testing, now this. They have a lot to learn about earning the trust of the consumer regardless of how good or bad a product of theirs is. |

Everything about this is sketchy... I'm at the point of saying **** it and cutting a hole in my hood to get a decent intake manifold
