Ok, I thought why not get help from Chevy customer service and let them find the car for me so called them and gave them my preferences. Rep found two Red Hots in the whole country that matched my criteria and currently have tag on them. One is about 1000 mile from me and other one is about 2000 miles. I plan to call both the dealers today.

It looks like I'm gonna have to either compromise on the options I want or just wait and hope some other 2016 Red Hots get tagged in future.

Update 10/18 :
Ok, found one after the fresh bonus tag releases today. Got the color and options I wanted all along. Worked with the dealer since last week to have him place the tag today. Not a smoking hot deal but 20% and dealer agreed to not charge any dealer fees for the paperwork. And it's one of the last 2016s built toward the end of the year cycle. |

Quick update- it's been a blast driving this beast for past few days though weather is shitty here since I took the delivery. Already some mods planned, GFX package is arriving next week so will do DIY install. Then rally strips and clear film protection. Dealer already did the tint for me. Hopefully temps stay above 40 for a few weeks before I winterize it.
