2013 LTE V6 RS wheel screech/jingling sound

Hello,

When parking into a space, driveway, parallel parking or driving through a drive-thru my left front wheel makes a pretty annoying sound. I have a video but not sure how to upload to this post so you can also hear/see. The dealership is saying it's normal to hear this when turning all the way left or right but I disagree because when going through the drive through I'm not turning all the way left or right neither when pulling into my driveway.
There is also a knocking sound. Literally sounds like a knock at your door. It knocks about 4 times with a pause between each knock then like 6 knocks in a row really fast. Usually occurs 5 to 10 minutes after starting in the morning and occasionally when leaving work. Dealer heard it and I showed them my recording they say it's normal evaporative test but I disagree because it happens most days but not everyday and not everytime I start my car.
I would love to post the two videos of these sounds so I can get some help from you folks here.

prolly got moisture in PS system. after you start and run it, shut it off. check PS fluid. is it milky? any bubbles or foam? I would start with a flush and refill on it.

Knocking is the EVAP system. You should hear it coming from the trunk area if you are outside the car.

First time I heard it I thought I had a woodpecker in my car.

EVAP

Yes thats right! Thats an even better description of the sound!! Is this repairable?

I just got another follow up from dealership and they said

They "made some adjustments on fuel tank" for the knock and will follow up tomorrow.

They said for the noise from my wheel they have to replace the left side exhaust manifold (catalytic converter).....is this typical at only 37,000 mi?

It happens. Good news is the cats warranties are for 8y/80k by law. I wouldn't stress about the converter being replaced.

My 2013 is in the shop so I can't check that at the moment. But they just told me they believe the left side exhaust manifold needs to be replaced. Can the manifold actually cause the sound that appears to come from the wheel being turned?

Yes they did say it is under emissions warranty. Now I wonder about the woodpecker sound....
