Some sweet cars there. Really dig the Borla pieces but....not so much the prices. Yikes.

You would think so, but you SO get what you pay for. I had a 01 GT Mustang, thing was maxed out. I put a Magnaflow Magna Pack system in it. I saved like $180 on the kit over Borla. The Magnaflow was loud as I wanted and sounded good, but the DRONE! Omg, at 24-2600 rpm it was deafening. I used underbody coating in the trunk and all kinds of matting. I couldn't even use the phone while driving it. So after 13 years with that cat I sold it a few months ago and bought a Camaro, I am "Now a Chevy Guy" lol. All in all I spent way more fighting the drone. I hear you about budget for sure but some key components are worth the extra mile.
Check in with my man DynoSteve but if you are in SoCal Cunningham Motorsports all the way. They really put it on at the event. The owner threw down so wizardry dyno tuning the Borla carand got around 50 more hp with just tunig. These guys know hot to do fast right. Best wishes |

Not sure where you saw $1600, maybe for the whole 9 yards but the axle back S Type should run you around $700.
