Are you running 30 or 35 series tires and the same size tire on all four corners?

All black is great look man! Best looking "winter" set up I've seen.

Item of note - must use the black lug nuts that typically come with the rims, as the factory stock GM 1LE polished lug nuts are too big to mount on these rims (recesses for lug nuts in the wheels require smaller diameter lug nut heads)....
Center caps shown are glossy black GM (with bowtie) from Gen 5 Z28 P/N I think (came with wheel set from House of Wheels)... |

After purchasing my glorious SS 1LE, my only means of private transportation year round, I find myself in a bit of a pickle as winter approaches and the restriction of the Goodyears operating in temps below 40 degrees. So, I'm glad this topic is on here and broadly discussed already. While it is a relief that Bub has already figured out a solution, which I may emulate, I really would prefer to keep the 285/305 arrangement. What I have found thus far is Pirelli P Zero All Season, but in 35 aspect ratio rather than the 30 of the Goodyears. Any of you have thoughts or input how a slightly taller tire could have any negative impact on the car? I do realize it likely will throw off the calibration of the speedometer but only slightly.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts. Larry |

I have the same set up. Speedo is 2moh off at 70.. getting some scrub in the rear.. i moved the harness but still get some scrub. Will pull them off today to verify what is touching. The drive good. Much quieter, smooth ride.update.. after a 1000 mile trip i did get some rub in the rear on dips at highway speeds.. i moved the harness but something did rub in the rear. Also only about a knife blade of clearance on the front tire to strut.
