Falling for it ? No......getting some jabs in ? Ya for sure.....people are passionate so it takes very little to get thinks going the wrong way. But i enjoy the wise comments and really dont take anything here that serious. Most of these guys commenting on performance may have never even had their car to a track to see what it does anyway . Real world and internet results vary.

ummm,yeah.i bought mine as a daily driver,needed to commute to work,etc.im thinking my insurance wouldnt pay a dime if i got hurt or car got wrecked while participating in a sanctioned contest of speed at a track.cant afford that,so i dont go there.

It was all pretty innocent discussion about nothing until the butthurt kicked in from out of nowhere. I still don’t know what the hell anyone said to set Angry Bird off. After all the comments and bickering......my l99 has only lost to 2 Hellcats....a built Nova and most recently a full bolton 5.0.....but him and I are not finished yet. So getting my doors blown off is something that hasnt happened. If someone thinks my car is slow and starts talking bullshit....which I find is alot I always say the same thing. I tell them when im going to the track and they should come. In the last 4 years and countless invites Ive had nobody take me up on my offer. So when you say someones car is slow....please be faster then the car you speak of. If you are thats fine....if your not well........

I am not against anyone owning what they like or what fits their needs.

I try to take care in what I say to say what I believe while making sure that people know that if they think differently it is ok. Maybe some things don’t come out the way it is intended, some people interpret things differently.
So that being said, if I have said anything that anyone can take as a personal attack or insult, I apologize.
We are all passionate owners of Camaros, and our cars are like family members to many. So if someone makes a negative comment about a family member it is only natural to get upset.

Maybe it is time for me to leave for good after 10 years and over 21,000 posts, I hope I have at some point helped others with their cars, but now I am getting too old for this.
