Caprice PPV?
It's a long shot but does anyone know where I can buy a 2014/15 Chevy Caprice PPV? There's one in town with heads and a beefy cam and well I want one lol. Any leads we'll be appreciated fellas. Would prefer in Texas.

Can't find any 2014s/2015s in Texas.
Go to AutoTrader and search for one. You'll have to pick up a used one, it's the only way for civilians to own one now. Seems like a few dealers have figured this out as there's a couple with only a few thousands miles listed as used cars.

Yeah, GM shut the loophole that allowed civilian sales really fast. I think only a handful of people managed to sneak brand new 2011s out the door before GM noticed.
But like I said, there's some on AutoTrader with 4-5k miles that might as well be new.

So pissed my department decided to go with the POS Taurus instead of the Caprice. I drove one and it was awesome, not to mention the roominess when wearing a duty belt.

Caprice is admittedly really expensive. A lot of local PDs here are milking Impala Limited 9C1s for as long as they can.
I'm probably going to be stuck with a Charger so.

I don't blame them. Ill take the crown Vic 10 times out of 10 over the garbage Taurus, the charger is OK...when it's not in the shop getting repaired, and that's all the time. The state police up here are going to all Tahoe's and Caprice's, the troopers love the caprices.

I think it'll end up becoming a case of you get what you pay for. Unfortunately governments don't really see that.

I usually see some on ebay as well. Unfortunately the Caprice is more expensive and not as readily available as the Taurus. I think, at least around AZ, more Tahoe's are used than anything else.
