6'2", and I think normally proportioned (34" inseam) and my head is about 2 inches from the headliner, non sunroof car. For me to fit with a helmet I would have to be sitting a lot lower than I would like.

Mine was a dealer ordered 2SS/RS/1LE/NPP/NAV with no sunroof. Exactly as I would have ordered. They are out there.

I really only had two stipulations when I went searching for my car.
1) Color = White (and this could have been negotiable) 2) NO SUNROOF I didn't even care Auto or Manual, but the sunroof was a killer. |

Sunroof regret
Why the sunroof hate? I don't think I would have went with one on my Camaro had I built it but the one I got came with one.
I haven't used it much but I like having it there as an option. Edit: checking on my phone and didn't notice the previous pages saying why people don't like it |

I have never seen the need for a sun roof on a car. I guess if one likes a relatively small hole in their roof and the loss of head room go for it. Especially the pop up type on the Camaro. To each his own.

What's funny is that when I get off work in the afternoon, after standing on concrete all day. I have a very noticeable increase in headroom compared to when I get in the car at 5:30AM. I swear that I shrink more than a half inch. I have a sunroof and it's not a real problem but If I had to do it over I would not have it.

Congrats on the new ride! As far as the sunroof is concerned, no, have never regretted having it. It's a must for me.

Glad you like the trade. I don't really open my sunroof a lot, I just like having the slide open because it lets in a lot of extra light and I don't feel so closed in!

I tried to order sunroof delete but the salesman suggested I should just order one without sunroof at all because it was cheaper that way
