Nitto nt555r

Was looking to run the the nt555r the 305's on a stock 20 set I have laying around does anyone have experience with these, they will just be track wheel not regularly driven on. I know there are better options out there but I just want to use the wheels I have.

I'm told the 305's won't fit well on the stock 20's. I'm about to mount 275's 555r's on the stock 20's.

I figure they would bulge I've seen them before but never on a drag setup. I've heard they don't hold a lot of power I'm making 575 at the rear I just want something that would hook better not necessarily dead launch a drag car just get a bit better off the line

I mean they'll definitely serve that purpose. Again I'm just not sure on the size is all.

I daily drive on mine but only on dry days....have never had them in the rain, heard that can be BAD NEWS

Only went to the track once so far and being a newbee was running 32psi in the rear tires. Best I could do was 11.50 @ 128.98 leaving easy off the line with a 1.8 60'

I probably have around 2000 miles on mine so far?

With street use, how many miles are you able to get on the 555R versus the 05R?

Obviously, this depends upon aggressiveness of driving, and whether they were taken to the track, and how often. However, assume the tires were daily driven with no track use, and only some aggressive driving from time to time.
