It seems like the ZL1 is more reliable than the others. I know my father in law has had many different issues with his some of which that are on going like the rear end and the A8 issue.
His is a 2017 2SS with every option

Quality - Meets your expectations for functionality or performance. So a simple example "starts easily". (It starts)

Reliability - Does it every time you expect. Every time you get in the car it starts. (It starts 100% of the time)

Durability - Does it for as long as you expect. It starts every time you want for as long as you expect (Starts every time for 10 years)

There are lots of statistics for the last two.

You can apply this to other things as well. Infotainment sounds great, for another example. Not great if it sounds great for a year and not good if it only sounds great some times.

A failure in the first year or so is not considered a reliability problem and it certainly isn't a durability issue.

have a 2015 RS.only real issue i had was with the TPMS system.dealer had to reroute 4 wires to the other side of windshield to fix the problem.other than that the car only goes to the dealer for oil changes.34,000 miles,still looks and runs as new.

No issues with my 15 gen5 lt rs (owned it for 16 mos), no issues with my gen6 2lt (owed it 18 mos) and so far zero issues with my my gen6 SS (3 was old).
