This is what my princess ride in the back of my 16 vert, found it at Marshalls for 60$

Fits great in the bucket seat, i did get a cover for the seat before i put it in so i wouldnt damage the seat, because a) my daughter is 4 and will be in the seat for long time, and b) kids are freakin messy lol. You can also get extensions for the seatbelts directly from Chevy for free if you need them, i did for my sons booster seat

Currently, I have a rear facing seat on the passenger side, and a front facing seat on the drivers side. Both Graco branded. I daily pick up and drop off my kids at daycare. We have a minivan for actual family trips though.

I never considered the middle of the seat in the rear. I think my five year old's legs would get caught up on the center tray area behind the center console. That's a great option for shorter kiddos, though. Good luck and enjoy your new car!

I tried it with my existing base/carseat and the bump in the middle between the 2 rear seating positions doesn't work with what I've got. We're going to have to get a new bigger seat soon so I'll hopefully test fit it when we're looking

Is there a top anchor for the middle position?
I have a Recaro in the passenger rear. Pretty good at taking it out and putting it back in for auto cross days

The kid is why I have this car. Otherwise I'd be riding a bike. I obviously cannot take the kid with on the bike, and my wife and I didn't like the thought of the 2 of us out there with all the texting idiots trying to run us off the road. Yeah. My boys gave me the awesomest Dad award when I came home with mine and took them to the church parking lot in the rain and did donuts ��!!!

I put the 8 and 10 year old boys in the back with no car seats. Buckle up in the back and we are gone. The new born girl gets to go on date nights with me and the wife. She’s in a base style seat in the back middle. I use the to inner latch hooks. And by the time we put the seats back that sucker is locked in tighter than a convict in Russia. I love riding my kids around in the vert. They smile the whole time !!!!
