1. The car seems to stiff for daily usage.

Do you have MNC?

2. Throttle lag
Some of you may have notices, but when you step on the peddle softly the car doesn't seem to move, but when i start to put the peddle down there is a noticable amount of power being sent to the rear wheels and as someone who daily drives this car, i wish it was a but bit more gradual.

The brute force is called torque. If you're looking for gradual, Mustang has you covered.

3. The horrible visibility

I have no issues with visibility. Proper adjustment of mirrors and backup camera do the job just fine.

4. Unusable rear seats
Why did GM even bother with making this car a 2+2

Insurance. GM has a two seater, it's the Corvette.

5. The trunk is for looks

Yes, the opening is not great. But I can actually fit my golf clubs through the trunk. Must coolers a no go.

6. Lack of forward collision sensors

Yeah, agreed. At some point I'm going to hit that lip.

7. Passenger side view mirror doesn't auto dim.

Haven't even noticed this.

GM product
GM stealers
And hence the crazy depriciation. Don't let the 35000 asking prices for 1, 2,3 year old cars fool you

I love it and hence regard these, as minor annoyances.

I'd trade it in, so many of those things you don't like should have been seen on the test drive. I just don't understand why you didn't realize what your were buying. We've been hearing this for 3 years.

My complaint on visibility is not with blind spots and adjusting mirrors. It is with the truncated view out the side window and wind screen. if you are the first at the light, Even traffic lights disappear from view. I am sure being 6'3" in a copped top coupe maybe some of the problem.

I like driving the back roads in a performance car but the truncated view (some writers call it bunker vision) really limits the taking in the country side view or even seeing the sky. Most coupes bubble the roof line just a little at the driver position to allow a little less truncated side view. Even the Vette does such. Maybe the next gen will work on that. Assuming there is one.

Forward collision isn’t the same as front parking sensors. Forward collision will not prevent your lip from being destroyed by road debris. Look into curb alert to help from hitting the lip.

Some good points made in this post, especially concerning the front sensor problem. I don't have issues with the visibility or throttle lag either. Do not have kids so back seat is not issue. I do agree that the trunk space is lacking but the low end torque of the motor makes up for that!

If I wait an extra little bit, or am otherwise in the same gear with same RPM, it doesn't fall on its face, lol.

I should look into a cable operated throttle conversion, lol.

Definitely wish GM hadn't cheaped out on the passenger mirror, lol.

Ride is good, unless you hammer a pothole, though

Try a Vitesse throttle controller. It makes the throttle more linear, and feel like a cable for about $180 and does NOT void warranty.

Search YouTube for Vitesse. Matt, at Lethal Garage did a couple of reviews before he got a tune and removed it.
