Now that padding is off, what say you?
Has this affected your likelihood of buying a 6th gen?

I'm rather liking it. Still need to see headlights and tail lights. I would prefer the slat-styled grill evident on the previous group to the honeycomb style grill on this latest mule. Perhaps those are just trim differences between the T4 car and the V8 car?

From what I see, stance of a performance car, looking good.
I think with this new gen GM is reaching farther outside the "Muscle car", or Pony car segment and targeting M3 and AMG...maybe?...or is that ATS-V, CTS-V territory? Idk...whatever it is...I like it. |

I can't vote for the top pick, b/c it really is going to come down to the details we won't see until reveal before I can make a final decision, but I do like what I'm seeing.

I think GM will knock it out of the ballpark like the5th gen, however, I don't think I would buy another.
I think its time for myself to jump to the next level, which would be the Stingray

I am concerned that the front end is going to end up looking like a Corolla.

So far so good. It's the interior that will seal the deal.

There is still PLENTY of padding underneath the vinyl wrap on that car..... I'll reserve judgement till we see the actual car, but it's looking very promising.

Not impressed at all. Looks like a 5th Gen refresh more so then a new 6th Gen. I was expecting more of a revolutionary look I guess. I didn't want a smaller "looking" car, so like I had said previously, Ill just try to get a killer deal on the 2015. But to each their own. As long as you're happy is all that matters. I think I waited soooooooooooo long to see it and was just expecting a bit more. We shall see though.

I understand that. I read that a long time BUT I was hoping for something a little more. I mean it looks like all the lines are the gonna be the same (side panels, fish gillls, etc.) and looks like they shortened the rear and just basically changed the front end and rear so again, looks more like a 5th gen refresh.
