Hello everyone. Sorry to impose, I'm waiting on my MRR 1LE replica wheels to be delivered. Is anyone with a sharkskin metallic SS running the same wheels in the gun metal color? If so can you please post a pic for visual reference. Much appreciated!!

No worries brother, I understand your point.
I'm only asking because I know that the 1LE replicas are of a slightly lighter shade than the OEM 1LE rims.

I don't have a picture for you, but I'm also curious to see a picture of the MRR gunmetal/graphite M017's. I don't care for factory 1LE's as I feel they're too dark.

Exactly. I also feel that the factory ones are too dark. The black M017's are just way too glossy in my opinion, so that's why I chose to go with the gun metal.
Hopefully there's a member somewhere that has the same combo.

I went with the glossy black MRR's as it matches the gloss black trim pieces on the ZL1.

I think either would really good on the SSM, such a great color in the sun.

Thank you, I do love the sharkskin color.I currently have the factory black carbon flash wheels and they match very well. I sometimes overthink things, it's a curse

Have you looked on the photos section? Sharkskin thread has them on most recent page. Replica too bright on that color IMO. But I'd never have anything but the factory wheel.

Cool. I know tone doesn't always come across properly online. Lol.

I didn't realize the MRR gunmetal was a little different but that certainly makes sense. FWIW, I think they are going to look awesome. Sharkskin was my favorite color but I couldn't find an 1LE in that color when I was shopping.

I like the way they look against the Sharkskin. Sorry that you couldn't find a 1LE in that color. I probably won't be able to mount the wheels until next weekend, but I'll post pics once I do.

Lol, good choice @havelegs! A lot of us will agree that the 1LE wheels are hands down the sharpest looking wheels. I'm glad that MRR offers the gun metal, it's a home run in my book
