I actually contacted someone that works at the plant to see if they could tell me how things were going (I know they are doing 10+ hour shifts and getting some good over time). We'll see if they respond.

Let us if they respond with any info! I am hoping everything is in motion and next week the 10/12's get built.

I don't think I will ever do this again. I am not built for a two+ month wait. Waited 4 years for my '68 to be restored, but this one hurts.

Totally agree. I have decided never to do a retail order again. Of course I first made that vow several years ago, and to my credit I have only broken that vow a half dozen times.

You'll make it!! I did it in 2009 when the 5th gen came out. So this feels familiar lol. But now I'm older, married, and have a kid, so time feels like it goes by faster since I have no real down time any more lol.
