TPMS sensor

OK all, I am new to the boards and I have my first question.

I have a bad TPMS sensor on the left front tire. I am still trying to get the dealership to replace it but just in case I have to do it, what one do I buy? there are several out that say they will work for this car but I am unfamiliar with this system and don't want to get the wrong one. the car is a 2012 2LT/RS if that helps. thanks in advance.

I can get you that sensor if needed. I'd recommend using the OE sensor from GM.

All the best,

Well the good news is it looks like the dealer I got the car from is going to take care of this. Wish me luck, I hate dealing with dealers.

part number 13598772 replaced all GM TPMS sensors and can be had for under $13 a piece. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Brand-new-GM...BVyp9U&vxp=mtr

How do you know when they go bad?
I ask because my '10 SS keeps reading different numbers.
My right rear shows 47, gauge says 35.
Left rear shows 28 and is blinking, but gauge shows 35.
Fronts both say 33/34, gauge reads about there.

Try the reset to freshen them as mentioned above and then let us know. That may fix it.

Sounds like your gauge is stuck on 35.
