That 1LT price of $26,995 is for 1LT with I4 Turbo, right?

So due to cost, who is just going to retrofit a built LT1 into their existing Camaro?
I did similar when my '01 Camaro SS Vert.'s LS1 blew up at Road America this May, except I went built LS3 from Thompson Motorsports in TX! PS: If you want to see some good LS1 carnage, look at the last page of the thread for a lot of pictures! It's bad!

I saw that too, the order guide does not show that. It would make no sense to have all the track add ons standard on the SS and a track mode but then not give the auto LSD. The LT was the only one in the order that mentioned LSD on manual only.

Scat Pack is a great car, but take into consideration that it still costs over 2k more than the Camaro that we're calling expensive whole being significantly heavier.

Becky stated in the other thread it does include a $995 destination charge.

I just test drove one last week. I felt like I was driving a tank. It is just too big and heavy. I'm 6'2" and the hoodline was above my waist when standing next to it. Plus, the weight was like 4300 pounds, and you feel it. Too bad, because they look good, have a nice new interior, and sound good.

Of course. When is the last time you heard people demanding to pay more for something? Especially a LOT more. I expect Ford will give the Gen 6 a good trouncing in the sales department.

I am 100% okay with the pricing. Hear me out. 1LT- With destination is $305 less than the outgoing car, yet has more technology, more performance and is a lighter car. 1SS- Current car is $34,500. Puts the new car $2,795 more to start. However, look at what you are getting. A more advanced, lighter package, more tech features, next gen engine and trans, RS package standard, and (its been stated by GM before) 1LE performance without being a 1LE. So, if you were to compare to a Gen 5 car...A 1LE RS 1SS and rear vision camera comes in at $39,845. Gen 6 1SS starts at $37,295, $2,550 LESS than a comparable Gen 5 and even then, you are missing all the new stuff that is standard, that a majority of then were either extra or not available on Gen 5. 1SS to me...is a freaking steal, and puts itself $1,600 over a GT with PP and no other options.
