RPM Motorsports Turbo

Hey guys. I have been looking at RPM Motorsports turbo and I was wondering if anyone has installed their turbo? I've been looking at ZZP Performances turbo too, but it is $1999.99 for just the turbo.

RPM is a stock turbo refit not a true new turbo. ZZPs ZFR Turbo is a whole kit bolt and play with a little tuning. I'd suggest doing a bit of research on just upgrading to a bugger turbo or wait for the ZZP Z54 turbo which should be immensely cheaper then the ZFR and still net you more then a turbo refit.

Considering RPM's modified stock turbo is $1200 and requires you to send back your stock turbo or pay another $400 the ZZP ZFR is a pretty good price. That is way more bang for your buck and you keep your stock turbo.

Or, like Evil Bee suggested, wait for the Z54 which is still an actual aftermarket turbo unlike RPM and will probably be comparable price wise to the RPM turbo once you consider the core cost.

My experience with RPM wasn't the greatest. I have the ZFR and it is awesome. If you're trying to keep price down, wait for the Z54 from ZZP

Thanks for your feedback. How is the ZFR? How much horsepower you getting to the wheels? Also did you get their tune for it?

I have the mods to blow the internals so my current tune is only at 327hp/359tq. About to get back on the dyno and turn it up a bit. This was the initial tune with slight modifications from ZZP after the turbo swap.
