We'll find out eventually. I was excited about it before, but now, whatever. I'm over checking this place daily to see if we found out anything new.

Burned! He walked right into that one. He would be treated differently if he actually proposed a logical argument instead of resorting to pathetic attempts at sarcasm.

MBS - life is too short, and this is just a car forum. My advice - let it go.
Just sayin. |

If "Late Spring" is interpreted as 2nd half of, then May 5th or later. Summer officially starts...June 21 so....who knows, but "Late Spring" certainly takes NY off the table.

Would mean a separate reveal and explain many things then.

You might be right. I think they debuted the 2014 Camaro re-fresh at the NY auto show? I forgot about that show. You guys all have good points. I'm sure it will be a 2016 model... but it still seems odd to wait this long. If you show the Gen6, people might want to go buy a Gen5... or not buy a Mustang. Detroit is THE SHOW... all the other shows are a far 2nd place. Ford blows it up with the GT out of nowhere... that thing just took all the fizz out of the new NSX. Don't see why waiting is a good idea unless there is some issue. |

Assuming this person is really one of the Camaro disciples...we'll then I'd strongly suggest listening to him/her.

I have no idea why Chevy is dragging this out but I am getting ready in the next few months to buy something. I'd really like to see what the next Gen Camaro will offer but if Chevy doesn't release information soon I'll be going with a ScatPack Challenger.

Because you think YOU should know now is the only training you have for criticizing GM and speculating a delay is simply internet speculation. I can tell you for a fact GM is playing out a plan for a car that will likely not be available until very late this year. That is simply based on when we saw the first prototypes. Somehow people think a 2016 model should be available in June and therefor there must be a delay. Not likely. Could GM have delay? Sure. But I highly doubt that. There is plenty of time to address anything found in development. Could they be changing styling? Yes but at this point that too is unlikely. You have zero basis in fact for your assumptions and I have years of experience in the industry with a marketing wiz for a wife to back me up. Mirror? You mustbreallybthink that's funny. I fully support your right and ability to criticize GM. Facts and timing suggest you have no basis.

I drove one and thought it was pretty darn nice. Ended up with a used Mustang GT though as I thought it was much more fun to drive especially as a second car, even though I don't think it looks or rides as well. Challenger was simply too big for a fun car for me. Good luck and enjoy! Any of the choices in the segment would be decent.

Keep your eyes peeled for the "special" 2017 50th anniversary Camaro. Thats going to be THE Camaro at a low production.
Back to topic: 2016 will be when they bring out the C6.

I will ask again, has anyone asked a knowledgeable dealer how long you can order a 2015?
