special...maybe not so much as they were on 2010, 2011. but I still love mine and while reading everybody's (positive or negative) response to this thread...I still enjoy seeing pictures of their Camaros and quite often say....wow, his car is very nice.

The OP just didn't state the intent of his post very well. Cut him some slack; he might also be a Browns fan!!
But I fully understand what he meant to talk about. I picked my car up June 1, 2009. It was definitely a Rock Star back then; hardly anyone was driving one. So initially, even the old car clubs wanted to see them. But they've been out for quite some time now, so they are no longer news to such clubs so they go back to their original intent to hang around others with the same older classic cars. Mine is heavily modded, but I never thought it belonged in a classic car show. I still go to a local one and mine gets quite a bit of attention, and I park off to the side. Mod it and they will come, no matter how old (or new) it is. I love mine to death and thoroughly enjoy every minute of every drive.

When we get ours out and ride around it is a rare occasion that someone isn't waving or thumbs up or making a comment at a light or the gas station so if there "old news" maybe someone should put out a newsletter and let everyone know haha........and like stated by very many other people I bought my car because I like it and it's what I wanted. I will value everyone elses opinion on it when they start helping make the payment!

i feel your pain. i'm insulated from seeking attention. i bought my maro because it was what i wanted not for a ego massage. creepers are a nuisance.
i can beat a hellcat. i'll mod mine then sell it.
