Going to the mountains!! (Any Advice ?)
Hey guys. I'm heading to the north Georgia mountains either this weekend or next. Any advice where to go to let the wife see the fall leaves and let me enjoy the roads?? Thanks in advance for any suggestions you may have.

Whereabouts are you plannig on going? Leaves are probably still early, especially it being so warm.

Headup in the Fontana /Deals gap area...Dragon, Hellbender 28, Cherahola Skyway are just a few of the roads in that area. Or in the Northen GA Mountains is The Gauntlet, loop around Blairsville, looks real fun, haven't driven it yet. I am looking for someone to go real soon, sometime this month, might have to checl that out.

some of the most fun I've ever had was in the mountains of north Georgia playing keep up with a 2015 Corvette... there's definitely some fun roads up there.

Looks like 1st weekend in November is going to be the time I'm heading up there. Thanks for the info. I will get some pics and videos of the mountains and the ride.

Just got back yesterday from driving the Tail. Leaves are just starting to turn so should be really nice next weekend if the weather holds out. Enjoy.
