Initially my thoughts were that I want a 2SS.. Leather, nav, and most of the other options..

Now, I'm just not sure I really need it. It would be nice, but don't think I'd ever use it.

Chances are I'll either get a 1SS or 2SS with a manual transmission and probably a 1LE package if offered. I don't want another black car and would like one with a little spunk.. Orange would work for me.

<~~~~~~~ Turbo 4 (if they make one and depending on what performance options will be available) , 2nd Option will be a 1SS .....

I don't really care for a ton of creature comfort features,,,,,,,,, just give me a good performer Camaro with Posi rear, better gearing choices, disc brakes and I'll be happy, even with a stripped down 2016 Camaro ......

I really think a turbo 4 would be a great car in a lower weight.. Something in the range of the ATS weight. I just don't know if I can give up a v8. Love the sound.

Once you have push button start and keyless entry, you'll never want anything else. Had it on my last two cars.
I will order a 2LT and hopefully the 8 speed auto.

Really depends on what they offer. The car they build has to be a much better car than my 1LE to convince me to upgrade.

If they do offer a 1LE here's how I would hope it comes

Dry sump LT1
Tr6070
Hydraulic dampers
Square tire set up with summer tires
Forged aluminum wheels
6 piston front 4 piston rear two piece rotor brakes
Performance data recorder

I would get it in red
Recaro seats

Edit: Forgot the dual mode exhaust

Nice, what price would convince you?

no DSSV? or is that covered under hydraulic dampers?

I think making the 1LE package around $8k to include the better brakes, aero and dry sump LT1 is reasonable. If the dry sump LT1 isn't a huge addition over the regular LT1 of course.

I think the DSSVs are too expensive for the 1LE type package. They worked for the Z/28 because of it's mission.

got it - BTW, Love the Red 1LE black rims, black hood, that combo is fantastic.

I wonder if they will offer the full black hood on a red ZL1 cuz i really do like that...is that a flat black?

Thanks, me too. I've always loved the red and black combo.

Yeah, it's a flat black vinyl wrap.

It's possible but they did it to differentiate the SS and SS 1LE.

DSSV is track focused and MSRC is more of a benefit on the street. I would chose MSRC if given the option at a REASONABLE price. The cost of adding MSRC and the E-diff to the C7 did NOT make sense to me. I'd rather put that money towards a aftermarket centrifugal supercharger and long tube headers for the same amount spent.
The DSSVs are a type of hydraulic damper and are expensive. They are only on the Z/28. The rest of the Camaros, other than the ZL1, get standard hydraulic dampers.

2SS Coupe with the the following:

TR6070 7 speed manual
Magnetic ride suspension; possibly but depends on cost and option availability for 1LE performance package.
Most likely White, possiby black
1LE package
Recaro Seats
6-piston Brembos if not park of 1LE option.
Whatever exhaust option is the sound clip on the website.

Exactly!!! I forgot to mention this! I'm hoping it was just the stock SS exhaust but I feel like it might be whatever performance exhaust is offered for the 6th gen.
