I've replaced my front calipers last week, which included new lines. It took me about 6 quarts of fluid using Motive bleeder to remove all the bubbles (usually 1 quart is enough when I bleed after a few track days) . I also found it useful to have a full bleeding cycle, let the car sit for a couple of hours and re-bleed again. There might be some air at the ABS area. Once you feels the brakes are ready/safe for a test drive, make a few hard stop to activate the ABS...it might help.

Yes I used new washers. There are no leaks.
