Ok. I like it. I guess the regular zl1 runs 20’s, but the 1LE has 19’s...I didn’t realize that. Makes sense...I figured I was missing something since normally, you would see people pushing size the other way, bigger and wider...good stuff.

With 19’s, are most people going 19x11 and 19x12?

I run 19x10.5 et25 on all four corners with 285 rubber and have zero issues with clearance. anything wider and you need to adjust the backspacing on your wheel, or add spacers.

^ I would love to have that setup eventually. Heck, I would probably use the 19"s as my daily setup and run my OEM 20's for track.

I'm looking at the mmr m716 19x10 and 19x11. My question is, do I need spacers to run a 325/30/19?(rear) For those who have them, how far do they poke out? I'm not a fan of that myself, but realize it's probably inevitable with wider tires.

My goals are not to need spacers, and minimal poke. What are my options? If I can keep the 325s I can get a sweet deal on some local that were ordered but not picked up.

I have mrc if it matters, stock height

Tire choice plays a roll.
Pilots SS for instance have a bit of a rounded sidewall. Going 325 squares them out with the rim.
A Toyo R888r is square to start with...a 325 would probably be a little wider.
A few people have done a 325 out back without issues.
Poke is subjective.

Yeah, a pair of mpss is what I would be doing. As long as it doesn't rub, and some zl1 adon rockguards would cover them up I could live with it.

The setup does not need spacers

285/325 works all no no modes needed.

I'd like to run 19" wheels (to get a 1/2" drop and better gearing) while maintaining the factory stagger and relative diameter F/R.

What wheels do I need to run 285/30R19F and 305R19R?

Would a square setup mess up the PTM and stability control.

Who makes a 19x10 et 25 that is comparable in price and quality to Apex? They have been sold out of the black PS7 forever.

19"s

I run a sportline 19x10 et 35 in the rear with a 305/35/19 without any issues.

I'm not sure if you mean half inch drop in tire height or lowering springs. But 285/35/19f and 305/35/19r would be closer to the half inch drop in size

305/30/19 would be 1.4 inches smaller than oem
285/30/19 would be 1.1 inches smaller

1/2" drop from the tire-size. OEMs are 285 and 305/30R20. If I drop down to 285 and 305/30R19, the tire sidewalls height are exactly the same, the wheel is 1" smaller, so the overall wheel/tire combo is 1" smaller in diameter on all 4 corners. That results in 1/2" lower to the ground car (radius of wheel/tire from hub to ground is 1/2" lower).

I'm not sure how you came with 1.4 and 1.1 inches smaller.
