Cadillac seat in a Camaro?

Hmmmm?

What are the odds we can put this seat set up in our SS's

Probably really good...same chassis.

The only place you MIGHT run into problems would be:
1. Width...no easy solution if they are just too wide for the space.
2. Wiring...solved by having a qualified auto-electrician help you.
3. Mounting holes...solved by rigging up a different seat rail OR something else I'm not thinking of.

One thing I will note is that alcantara/suede seats DO hold your bumm in place better than leather but they make it harder to get out of the car LOL! I have them in my Audi and it makes it a real PITA to get out for my passengers. For me too.

I have sat in those seats, or at least the Recaros in an ATS-V, didn't like them at all! I actually like my SS seats much much better...those Recaros are not comfortable at all in my opinion.

I would put them in as well... if they're ventilated (love driving around in the summer without A/C and open windows).

Good point! Seats are a very individual thing - especially buckets without many adjustments. I would have to do some extensive seat time before plunking down serious cash for those bad boys.

I wonder if these CTS-V sets fully recline…this could solve the issue many are having with the SS seats not reclining enough ?

I like these seats much better than the RECARO seats that are offered in our cars. They look much racier. The Recaro option for ours doesn't look special. I wonder why the ATSV would have different Recaro seats if its no the same chassis, unless they wont fit on the Camaro and they had to redesign them. I've sat in the ATSV and liked the seats. These look like the Recaros in the 5th gen.

The Recaros from the ATS-V coupe might fit... key word might! They may be too tall/wide. Good luck though if you try it out!

On the 5th gens you had to get a Body Control Module calibration at the dealer to get the seat heaters in the fancier Recaro's to work. Probably the same on the 6th gens.
