National Corvette Home Coming and Chevy Invitational Show

Guys,

I just thought I would post a event that is coming up first of June that I think will be a lot of fun. The National Corvette Homecoming and Chevy Invitational car show is June 1st to 3rd

I use to go to this event all the time and just got busy over the last few years and couldn't make it. This year the wife and I are heading back. They have a Show & Shine class and a Drive & Shine class. The event covers Corvettes and all Chevrolets.

This year it is being held at the National Corvette Museum and the Show and Shine Cars will be displayed inside the Museum.

I think they have a parade and live music in the downtown the last night. From what I read the car show entry gives you full access to the museum.

Also the car judges are past plant employees with GM so its fun to talk with them as well. Hope some of you guys can make it I would like to meet some of the group from the forum at the event.

Sounds Great!! As it get closer to the event I will keep everyone updated.. I'm planning on driving up the night before to give me time to clean the car up before it goes in the museum
