Wicker bill on 1LE spoiler?

Has anybody put the wicker bill on their 1LE? I'm really curious to see what it looks like, I'm too scared to do it first.

Also, does anybody know where I can get the Z/28 carbon fiber heat extractor for my car?

I think the Moreno brothers are working on a CF hood extractor. If you can talk you way into a z/28 part I think they're still around the $2500 mark.

This guy did it on his ZL1 spoiler, which should be the same or very similar to the '14 spoiler.

That's a 2013 ZL1 - not close enough to the 2014-2015 1LE spoiler IMO

I've done a lot of research into this. No I didn't end up doing it but yes it will fit. They curve along the rear of the spoiler is really close to the same and the thickness of the material is the same as well so it will support the use of riv-nuts. You will, depending on how you position it, have holes showing in the raised position and it will hang below in the outer corners when it's down.

If you track your car a lot, I would think twice before adding the wickerbill. The 1LE is set up as is to reduce understeer. Al O said adding more downforce to the rear end of the car would cause understeer which is why the 1LE has the spoiler it does.

If you do one end you must do the other end.
Delicate balance between front and rear aero.

Chevy sells the carbon hood insert. It's an option when ordering a camaro.

I had my hood insert done with hydrographics and it was a lot nicer paying $100 compared to $2500 for the Chevy one. The weight is almost the same too.

Does anyone make a 2014+ 1LE splitter extension to go with the wicker bill?
