As happy as you may be, and as happy as many troopers are to not have a front plate, if it is the law it is the law.

My sister got pulled for having an outdated front plate although the number was exactly the same and she had paid the fees but didn't change the front plate plate because the screws were rusted in.

$300 as well as lawyer fees to bail her out and a whole can of WD-40 later...

Do you think an LEO would have been locked up?
