Would an octane booster help?

E-85 has plenty of octane. If I were the OP I'd have the E-85 pumped out of the tank and fill with 93 octane. Never put regular in my cars only premium 93.

Car will run like crap until you burn off all the E85. Refilling with regular gas will restore the power and after 30 to 50 miles your check engine light should go off.

I'd get that stuff pumped out of there and refill with the correct fuel. I would drive it as little as possible.
