Hang tough my friend. I'm really sorry to hear that your car was damaged in transit. Having it that close and finding it that pelted and scarred up had to be a heartbreaker. The fact that Chevy and your dealer are stepping up is definitely the silver lining.

Alan if you can hang tough for 9 months I can do it. Damage aside it’s an amazing looking beast and it’s going to be even sweeter to take one home now

There are 9 ZL1 1LEs headed to central and Southern California this weekend, most I believe were built in February. Most of them are headed to the LA area, which is really close to the Port of Long Beach. The most frequently used port for US assembled cars that are shipped to Hawaii. Unfortunately, mine is still bayed in Lansing.

So sorry to hear about yours still being delayed. But at least you can be happy knowing that most of us Camaro folks love your Island. One of my Camaro friends even just got married in Maui. Another is on her way there, and a few couples are planning a trip out there in a few months. We are thinking of heading that way again in October...really tempted to try and be there for Halloween, as heard it is really a grand time!

That is what we heard, as we stayed nearby there. Had a great time snorkeling at the Kuleana Condominiums...the turtles really do like laying on that small beach and eating the lichen (?) off the black rocks...
